project overview

At STEDI, customer service and B2B support were critical parts of the business, and clear, well-designed documentation played a major role in supporting both. One of the larger projects I worked on was the redesign of STEDI’s supporting documentation across the entire product range.

The scope of this project was extensive, covering everything from user manuals and product guides to trade show handout booklets and wholesale support materials. With such a wide variety of content and audiences, the challenge was creating a system that could adapt to different information needs while still feeling unmistakably STEDI.

The aim was to develop a clear set of design guidelines that could be applied across all supporting documents. While the content varied from document to document, the goal was consistent structure, hierarchy, and visual language throughout. This resulted in a clean, minimal system that maintained brand consistency across every touchpoint and continued to evolve during my time at STEDI.
