project overview

A key part of my work at STEDI involved brand identity projects focused on exhibitions and trade shows. One of the main projects was the design and rollout of STEDI’s exhibition stand, which became the foundation for all trade show appearances across Australia.

I worked alongside another designer on the stand concept and visual design, then collaborated closely with Display Systems Australia during the production and build phase to ensure the final result matched the original intent. This was one of my first major projects at STEDI and set the tone for how the brand would be represented in physical spaces.

The brief was to create a stand that felt distinctly STEDI while effectively showcasing a wide product range. Budget was a key consideration, so the design needed to be cost-effective without compromising brand presence. The stand was also designed with flexibility in mind, allowing signage and graphic elements to be easily swapped depending on the event or location.

In addition to the stand itself, I designed a range of supporting assets for trade shows, including brand catalogues used as customer handouts and pull-up banners that provided clear, supporting information. Together, these elements created a consistent and adaptable brand experience across all STEDI trade shows.
